Frequently asked questions
Ordering, samples, customization, quality and shipping — answered for importers and brand owners buying glass packaging from China.

Ordering and MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Stock glass jars and bottles start at 1,000–5,000 pcs, closures at 4,000–50,000 pcs and gift boxes at 2,000 pcs. Every product page lists its MOQ, and custom molds are quoted per project.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples can be sent for evaluation; tell us the items and your delivery address in the quote form. Decorated samples are made after artwork approval.
Can I mix several products in one order?
Yes. Many buyers combine bottles, closures and gift boxes in one container. Each item has its own MOQ; build a quote list and we will confirm a combined loading plan.
Do your prices include decoration?
Reference prices on this site are for plain items. Decoration, special packing and closures are quoted separately in your proforma invoice.
Customization and samples
Do you make custom bottles with my logo?
Yes. We decorate stock bottles by screen printing, decal, frosting, spray coating and hot stamping, and we can develop new molds for embossed or unique shapes.
How much does a custom mold cost?
It depends on the bottle size, the number of cavities and the forming process. Send a drawing or a reference bottle and we quote the mold with the bottle price.
What files do you need for printing?
Vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) with Pantone references is best. We return a proof for approval before printing samples.
Can I get a sample with my logo?
Yes. After artwork approval we print or coat samples on real bottles so you can check color, position and adhesion.
Quality and compliance
Are your bottles and jars food safe?
Food and beverage items are made from soda-lime container glass, listed for food use. If your market needs a specific test report, ask with your inquiry and we confirm what is available for that item.
How do you check quality?
We inspect production against the approved sample for dimensions, capacity, finish and visual defects, and share photos and measurements before shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome.
What if bottles arrive broken?
Glass is packed with layer pads, shrink wrap and strapping to keep breakage low. Report any damage with photos on arrival and we agree a solution under the terms of your order.
Payment and shipping
Which payment terms do you accept?
We usually work with T/T (bank transfer). Deposit and balance terms are confirmed in your proforma invoice.
How long does production take?
Stock items usually ship fastest. Decorated or custom orders depend on quantity, decoration and mold work; we confirm the schedule with your quote.
Where do you ship from?
We are in Shanghai, China, and ship from the Port of Shanghai. We quote FOB, CIF or other Incoterms on request.
Can you ship door to door?
Yes. Besides FOB and CIF we can quote delivered terms through our forwarders; tell us the delivery address and whether you can import as the consignee.
