Custom glass bottles and decoration

Put your brand on a stock bottle in weeks, or develop a bottle that is yours alone. Here is what each route involves and what to send us.

Short answerDecorating a stock bottle (screen print, decal, frosting, spray coating, hot stamping) is the fastest and lowest-MOQ route. A custom mold gives you a unique shape or embossed logo, but adds mold cost and sampling time.

Route 1: decorate a stock bottle

Pick any bottle or jar from the catalog and send your artwork. We print or coat a few samples for approval, then run the order. Decoration MOQs usually follow the bottle MOQ.

Route 2: modify a stock mold

Some molds can take a new base engraving or a changed neck finish. It costs less than a new mold and keeps the proven shape.

Route 3: a new mold

Send a drawing, a 3D file or a reference bottle. We return a technical drawing with capacity, weight and finish, quote the mold, and produce samples before mass production.

Decoration methods

We arrange each method for your order. Combine methods for depth: a frosted body with a printed label area, or a sprayed color with a foil-stamped logo.

Screen printing

Ink pushed through a mesh onto the glass. Organic inks cure at low heat; ceramic inks are fired on and resist washing.

Decal

A printed transfer applied to the glass, ideal for photographic or many-color artwork at moderate volumes.

Frosting

A satin, light-diffusing surface made by acid etching or a frosted spray coat.

Spray coating

Full or gradient color sprayed on the outside, matched to a Pantone reference.

Hot stamping

Metallic foil pressed onto the glass or cap for gold, silver and other metallic details.

Embossing

Raised or recessed logos formed in the mold itself, so the mark is part of the glass.

Customization questions

What is the MOQ for printed bottles?

Usually the same as the bottle MOQ, from about 5,000 pcs for most stock bottles. Very small runs can be quoted with decals.

How long does decoration add?

Proofing and sample approval come first; after that decoration runs alongside production. We confirm the schedule with your quote.

Can you match my brand color?

Yes. Spray coatings and printing inks are matched to Pantone references and approved on a physical sample.

Do you sign an NDA for new designs?

Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share drawings for a custom mold.
